With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both as a clinician and in healthcare administration, I am excited to lead our organization towards success. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare landscape. This experience has shaped my deep understanding of the industry and my commitment to making a positive impact on patient care and outcomes. In addition to my extensive professional background, I am currently in the final year of my studies at Pierce College in Philadelphia. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. This educational pursuit allows me to combine my industry expertise with a strong foundation in business principles, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive our company's growth and success. I’m pleased to share that I’ll be taking on the role of Chief of Staff, working alongside our CEO to support their inspiring vision. In this critical position, I will focus on building strong connections, nurturing growth, and ensuring the well-being of our talented workforce across our network. As Chief of Staff, I plan to lead our dynamic team by overseeing essential functions such as talent development, recruitment, employee retention, benefits administration, compensation, and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity. My goal is to provide strategic guidance and unwavering dedication to help shape Elite2Serve's continued success. Before joining Elite2Serve, I served as the Dean of Students at Ben Franklin High School in Philadelphia, where I honed my leadership skills and gained valuable insights into creating positive and thriving environments for individuals to excel. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. I am also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management, which reflects my ongoing commitment to professional growth and organizational leadership. With a strong commitment to excellence, extensive leadership experience, and a passion for fostering positive work environments, I am confident in my ability to be a key asset to Elite2Serve.

I’m beyond excited to join Elite2serve Healthcare Solutions as the Incident & Risk Management! I come with a diverse background and a passion for keeping things running smoothly and safely. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Historic Preservation, which have given me a unique perspective on regulations, policies, and how to manage risks effectively. My hands-on experience as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Inspector has allowed me to ensure safety standards are met, identify risks, and maintain compliance with regulations. Additionally, my previous roles as a Demographer and Para Educator for the state of Delaware have sharpened my ability to analyze complex data and think critically about problem-solving. I’m confident that these skills will be valuable as I help develop strategies that keep our team and the individuals we serve safe. I’m truly looking forward to working with such a dedicated team and contributing to the amazing work being done here at Elite2serve.

I am honored to step into the role of Acting Chief Nursing Officer at Elite2serve Healthcare Solutions and look forward to contributing to our mission., leveraging over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I have made significant contributions, and I'm excited to continue doing so in my new role. Prior to joining Elite2Serve Healthcare Solutions, I worked at Health Partners Plans as a Medicare Ancillary Services Case Manager, where I handled diverse medical service requests and prioritized cost-effectiveness. Additionally, I served as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, overseeing medical, surgical, critical care, and the emergency department. My experience also includes working as a Pediatric Registered Nurse at A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, managing patients in hematology, oncology, endocrinology, neurology, and rehabilitation while collaborating effectively with various departments. Furthermore, I served as a Registered Nurse/Team Leader at Holy Redeemer Health System, where I supervised a team of nurses and maintained meticulous patient records. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master's of Science in Nursing Leadership at Chamberlain College, with an anticipated graduation in May 2025. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Neumann College and maintain Registered Nurse licenses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York State. Additionally, I possess IV certification and hold current CPR certifications for child, infant, and adult care. In my role as the acting Chief Nursing Officer, I'm enthusiastic about applying my experience, clinical knowledge, and leadership abilities to Elite2Serve. I'm confident that my skills and dedication will drive excellence and contribute to the success of our healthcare solutions.

I am excited to join Elite2serve Healthcare Solutions as the Quality Management Director. My name is Allison Spicer, and I am honored to be part of this esteemed organization. With over seven years of experience in healthcare, including work on COVID-19 units, I prioritize our clients' best interests while making critical decisions. I hold active RN licenses in Pennsylvania and New York, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. I am a member of the Black Nurses Rock Association and the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and am proficient in EPIC, Cerner, and Meditech. As the Quality Management Director, I am committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence, empowering our team to provide exceptional care. I look forward to this journey with all of you at Elite2serve Healthcare Solutions! In my role, I will focus on: Quality Assurance: Enhancing care services through monitoring programs. In this role, I’m dedicated to ensuring our providers meet every regulatory standard and compliance requirement—setting us up for success. With my strong background in healthcare data management, compliance, and regulatory standards, I’m eager to enhance the quality of services we deliver. I hold a B.S. in Public Health from Temple University and a diploma in nursing. My experience at Temple Hospital and various long-term care facilities has sharpened my attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards, which have contributed to successful accreditations and improved data quality. The heart of my work lies in making sure our providers are fully qualified to offer top-notch care. I’m constantly driven to learn and grow, and I’m thrilled to be part of such an exceptional team.
