Registered Nurse (RN) – Informational Overview
Elite2Serve Healthcare Solutions – Support Coordination Agency
At Elite2Serve Healthcare Solutions, we do not employ or manage care staff such as Registered Nurses, CNAs, or therapists. Instead, we serve exclusively as a Support Coordination agency, helping Pennsylvanians access services funded through state waiver programs like Community HealthChoices (CHC), OBRA, Act 150, Consolidated, and P/FDS.
This overview is provided for informational purposes only to assist families in understanding the types of services a Registered Nurse (RN) may provide when referred to a licensed provider agency through our Support Coordination efforts.
Typical RN Responsibilities (at Provider Agencies):
While Elite2Serve Healthcare Solutions does not hire or supervise RNs, individuals and families referred by our Support Coordinators may receive nursing services from qualified agencies. These RNs may:
-
Conduct comprehensive health assessments
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Monitor health conditions and treatment responses
-
Provide wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization
-
Educate individuals and families on health management
-
Coordinate care with physicians and other providers
-
Document care in compliance with healthcare regulations
Important Note:
Elite2Serve Healthcare Solutions:
-
Does not deliver direct care services
-
Does not employ clinical or home care staff
-
Provides Support Coordination only, helping individuals create person-centered plans and connect with licensed, credentialed providers
Our Support Coordinators help match individuals with provider agencies that employ professionals such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and more — based on the individual’s needs and preferences.
